Independently licensed crews and who is responsible
The work on your property is carried out by an independent local company that holds its own state license. This website does not perform that work, does not employ the technicians and does not guarantee the company's workmanship. The company is responsible for the permits, insurance and compliance its job requires.
You may ask for the license number at any time by telephone, and you can verify it yourself with the California Contractors State License Board at cslb.ca.gov before work begins. The number is not published here, for the company's privacy. The work itself is an agreement between you and the company that attends your home.

Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety around water damage
Standing water can hide live electrical circuits: do not walk into a flooded room until power to that area is off. Sewage and floodwater (IICRC Category 3) can carry bacteria and viruses; keep children, pets and anyone with a weak immune system away, and do not handle contaminated materials without protection. Visible mold larger than a small patch should be assessed before anyone disturbs it. When in doubt, leave the area and call a professional.
Licensing, standards and insurance
Repair and reconstruction work in California is regulated by that state's contractor licensing board. The IICRC S500 (water damage) and S520 (mold remediation) standards are industry guidance, not government licenses. Insurance coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy; nothing on this Site is a promise of coverage or of a claim outcome, and information here is a summary, not legal or insurance advice.
