Answered every hour of every day
Call at three in the morning on a holiday and the line is answered. That is the point of a 24-hour number rather than an answering machine that promises Monday.
You are never billed for this service
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
A credentialled contractor who works locally
The contractor on the other end is independent, carries the credentials California requires for this work, and is based close enough to Chico to turn up. Ask what it holds and for proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
One call fixes a bad match
If the contractor you were connected to does not show, does not call back, or simply is not the right fit, call this number again and ask to be connected to someone else. There is no limit on that and no charge for it.
The part this service cannot promise
This service does not stand behind the work, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. The contractors are independent businesses; the quality of the job, and any guarantee on it, come from the contractor you hire.
